1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using ZeenithAI Browser ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

nztnz Private Limited ("we", "us", "nztnz") grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ZeenithAI Browser for personal and commercial purposes. You may install it on any number of devices you own or control.

3. Intellectual Property

ZeenithAI Browser, including its source code, design, branding, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of nztnz Private Limited. "ZeenithAI", "The Fact Revealer", and the ZeenithAI logo are trademarks of nztnz Private Limited.

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; remove any copyright notices; or use our trademarks without written permission.

4. AI Features

ZeenithAI Browser provides AI-powered features (Consortium, Fact Revealer, Summarize, Translate) that connect to third-party AI providers. By using these features:

• You are responsible for providing your own API keys
• You agree to the terms of service of each AI provider you use
• nztnz is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses
• The Fact Revealer provides AI opinions, not verified facts — always verify critical information independently
• AI features require internet access and may incur costs from your AI provider

5. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NZTNZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

The Fact Revealer is an AI-powered tool that provides automated analysis. It should not be used as the sole basis for making critical decisions related to health, finance, legal matters, or safety.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NZTNZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. Third-Party Content

ZeenithAI Browser displays web content from third-party websites. nztnz does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party content accessed through the browser.

8. Updates

We may release updates to improve the Software. Updates are optional. We recommend keeping the Software up to date for the best experience and security.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to discontinue the Software at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
